The location of the hotel is fantastic, close to shopping centers and easy to access different places by taxi. the room and bathroom are spacious, providing ample desk space and designer lounges. Service is accommodating, and the view of the city is magnificent. the indoor pool is a nice addition, and the seafood buffet is pretty good with quality dishes and excellent service.

The breakfast buffet is not as extensive as expected, but croissants and pastry selection were quite good.

the Hotel was very good and relaxing, however room service and quality of the food was poor in quality and cold, although we were offered food free of charge it didn't detract from the fact that the quality was poor. I still like Raffles but maybe next time I will choose the Westin, or the Rennaisance.

The hotel's location is ideal for exploring the city with lots of shopping areas, eateries, and convenient to transportation. The cleanliness is impressive, and the hotel facilities are top-notch. Additionally, the hotel staff was helpful and able to assist me in getting a taxi when I needed one.

We stayed at this hotel for a weekend getaway and were impressed by the luxurious amenities provided. the room was spacious and beautifully designed, with a comfortable bed and an impressive bathroom. the spa and wellness center was a highlight of our stay, with a variety of rejuvenating options to choose from. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were also lovely, providing a perfect space for relaxation.

The only negative aspect we experienced was the slow service at the restaurant. Although the food was delicious, it took quite some time to be served, which was slightly frustrating.

We especially liked the beautiful view of the city skyline from our room. the staff was very helpful and friendly, making our stay even more comfortable. the hotel's location was also very convenient in terms of transportation, as it was close to a major metro station and easy to find.

The food at the hotel was quite expensive and not very high quality. We also found that some of the amenities in the room were not up to par, such as the air conditioning which did not work properly.

Spacious rooms with amazing views and impeccable cleanliness. The location was perfect, just a short walk to public transportation and many great restaurants. the staff was incredibly polite and always willing to help.

The language barrier was a bit of an issue at check-in, but thankfully it was resolved quickly with the help of another staff member. The breakfast selection could have been better, but there were still plenty of options to choose from.
